Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items for domestic or international orders.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of our products. Once an order is confirmed, there are no cancellations.

In case of cancellation, the entire payment will be forfeited and treated as cancellation fees towards the order.

All custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any items that have been tailored to your specifications or personalized in any way.
