Within India: We ship our products all over India. Shipping cost is borne by the client.

International Shipping: Isa by Dolly Wahal ships its products worldwide. Shipping cost internationally is to be borne by the client.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be shared upon order placement. Delivery times may vary based on your location and design ordered.

While 6-10 weeks is the standard for any outfit, we can accommodate urgent and priority delivery orders should you need. Please get in touch with us to discuss detailed timelines as per your requirement.


3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 
For Indian clients, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes & duties.

For international clients, Isa by Dolly Wahal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
Isa by Dolly Wahal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

6. Customization
Each outfit is exclusively handcrafted for you by our artisans.
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, design, and fabric may occur. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, variations in monitors and screens can affect how colors and details are viewed.
